Acceptable use

TallyReel is desktop software for making faceless videos from an idea you type. This policy is part of the terms. By using TallyReel you agree not to use it for anything listed here.

What TallyReel is not for

Don't use TallyReel to generate, or to try to generate:

• NSFW, pornographic, explicit, or sexually suggestive images or video.
• Content that sexualizes anyone under 18, or that sexualizes a person who is clearly a minor.
• Face swaps, deepfakes, or other face manipulation.
• A real person's likeness or voice, or anything meant to impersonate a real person or present an AI image or voice as that person.
• Content that is illegal where you are, or that incites violence or other real-world harm.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Misinformation presented as fact.

How prompts are checked

Before TallyReel generates a video or an AI image, the text you typed is screened. A prompt that breaks this policy is blocked, and so is a prompt the check cannot clear. You don't get the image or the video. Screening does not make you less responsible for what you publish.

TallyReel does not offer uncensored, unfiltered, or unrestricted generation, and it is not a tool for NSFW content.

If this policy is broken

We may deactivate a license used to break this policy or the terms. A refund is not owed when a license is deactivated for that reason.
