Affiliate terms

Joining

• You need a TallyReel account in good standing and must be at least 18.
• We review each application and may decline any without giving a reason.
• You may not join to get a discount on your own purchases.

What you earn

• 30% of every payment made by a customer you refer, for as long as they stay a paying customer: monthly and yearly plans, renewals, extra credits and TallyReel Studio.
• Commission is worked out on what the customer paid, before sales tax or VAT.
• A customer is yours when they sign up within 180 days of clicking your link. If they clicked several partners' links, the last link clicked before sign-up wins.
• You earn nothing on your own account, accounts you control, or purchases made with your own email or payment method.

Holds, refunds and chargebacks

• Each commission is held for a short period after the payment. If the payment is refunded or disputed during it, the commission is cancelled.
• Once the hold ends the commission is earned and won't be reversed, except for fraud or a breach of these terms.

Payouts

• Commission is paid by Creem, our payment partner and merchant of record, through its affiliate platform (affiliates.creem.io): by bank transfer or USDC on the 1st and 15th of each month, once your available balance is at least $50. Smaller amounts roll over.
• Creem asks for an identity check before your first payout. Creem's payout fees and any currency conversion by your bank are yours.
• You are responsible for your own taxes.
• If the program ends or you leave in good standing, commission you have earned is still paid out.

How you may promote TallyReel

Share your link anywhere it is welcome: your videos, posts, newsletter, website and reviews. You must:

• Say that you earn a commission, clearly, wherever you share the link (for example "I earn a commission if you sign up"). In the United States the FTC's Endorsement Guides require it.
• Describe TallyReel honestly, using only claims on tallyreel.com or in the press kit.

You must not:

• Bid on "TallyReel" or close misspellings in search ads, or run ads that look like they come from us.
• Promise income, views, monetization or "passive income", or say videos can't be demonetized.
• Send spam: unsolicited email, mass messages, comment spam or bots.
• List coupons or cashback, or use cookie stuffing, forced clicks or browser extensions that add your link.
• Use our name or logo in a domain, social handle or app name.
• Create fake accounts, reviews or sign-ups.

Leaving and changes

• You can leave at any time.
• We may remove you, and withhold commission tied to the breach, if you break these terms or act fraudulently.
• We may change the program or these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Commission already earned is never reduced, and customers you already referred keep earning at the rate in force when they joined.

Everything else

• You are an independent partner, not an employee, agent or partner in the legal sense of Soonbuilt.
• Our liability to you is limited to the commission owed.
