Faceless niches for US, UK, Canada and Australia

Channels for people who watch in English, not shop ads

This page is for people who run a faceless channel and whose viewers are in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada or Australia. It is not a list of posts for a cafe or a clinic. A faceless channel is a voice, pictures and a series: Reddit-style stories you write yourself, history, science, psychology, stoicism, or calm explainers.

Advertisers pay more for viewers in these countries than for viewers in many others, and the rate moves by topic, season and video length. That is a reason to make videos those viewers actually finish, not a promise of a monthly income. Below are 36 first lines, two scripts, and how to pick a niche you can still stand in month six.

Scripts you can copy

About 30 seconds each when read aloud. Paste one into TallyReel as your own script, or change the details first.

Script 1

The third hole on a US plug

1

Look at a US plug. One blade is wider, and there is a round hole under them.

2

The wider blade is the neutral. That is why the plug only fits one way around.

3

The round pin is the ground. If something fails, it gives electricity a path that is not through you.

4

Older homes sometimes have outlets with no round hole. Those are ungrounded, and an adapter does not invent a ground.

5

Other countries do this differently. A UK plug has a fuse in it. An Australian point often has a switch.

6

Same job, three designs. Next week we open one everyday object from another country and do this again.

Script 2

The company that shipped ice

1

In the nineteenth century, a man cut ice from frozen American lakes and sold it in hot cities.

2

Ships carried the blocks, packed in sawdust, as far as the Caribbean and India.

3

A lot of the ice melted on the way. The business still worked, for a while, because the rest arrived.

4

Then factories learned to make ice anywhere. The lake, the ship and the sawdust stopped mattering.

5

The story is not that one clever idea pays forever. It is that a new machine can erase the whole trip.

6

We will keep telling business stories like this: what people did, what changed, and no stock tips at the end.

Pick a series, not a viral topic

Creators in the US, UK, Canada and Australia are not short of faceless channels. They are short of channels that are still posting in month six. Before you choose a niche, write thirty titles. If you stop at eight, the topic is too thin. If every title is the same sentence with a new noun, you are building the kind of repetitious channel YouTube's inauthentic content policy is aimed at. That policy, renamed in July 2025, targets mass-produced videos that add little of their own.

The formats that keep going here are ordinary and specific: one everyday object explained properly, one sourced history story, one original short story in a Reddit-style voice that you wrote, one psychology or space fact with a real mechanism. Stoicism works if you use a real passage and say where it is from. True crime and heists only work if you are fair, sourced, and not turning someone's death into a joke.

Why the viewer's country matters, and what it does not promise

Once a channel is in the YouTube Partner Program, what you keep per thousand views depends heavily on where the viewers are, what the topic is, and whether the video is long enough to hold ads. Viewers in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and parts of the Gulf are generally more valuable to advertisers than viewers in many other countries. The gap is real. It also moves through the year, and Shorts pay less per view than long videos almost everywhere.

Do not plan rent on a number from a screenshot. Make videos a viewer in Ohio, Manchester, Toronto or Melbourne would finish, in English they actually speak, about objects and places they recognise. A translated script about a generic fact lands the same everywhere and usually keeps nobody. The known Partner Program bar is 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 public watch hours in 12 months, or 10 million Shorts views in 90 days. Check YouTube's current page before you quote it, because the bar has moved before.

A week a solo creator can keep

Three Shorts a week and one long video every two weeks is enough at the start. Research once, then cut the best minute of the long video into a Short that points at it. Edit every script before it is voiced. The same template, the same opening sentence and a new keyword is how channels get flagged and how audiences get bored.

Money explainers stay general: what a form is, how a bank uses deposits, what an old ice trade shows about competition. They are not instructions to buy, sell or file anything. Stories are yours. Do not lift a post, a video or a voice from someone else and call it a niche.

Making the videos in TallyReel

Type one idea from the list, or paste a script you have already checked, and edit every line before anything renders. You get a voiceover, stock footage or AI pictures, captions and music, in vertical Shorts or in 16:9 videos up to 15 minutes on Pro. Schedule the week with TallyReel to YouTube, TikTok and Instagram so the series goes out even when you are not at the desk.

Questions

What faceless niches work for a US or UK audience?

Explainers of everyday objects, sourced history, original short stories, psychology, space and stoicism. Pick the one you can title thirty times before you film.

Do US and UK viewers pay more per view?

Advertisers generally pay more for viewers in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and parts of the Gulf than for viewers in many other countries. The rate changes with topic, season and video length. It is not a fixed income.

Is YouTube automation allowed?

A repeatable process is fine. Mass-produced videos with little original input are what YouTube's inauthentic content policy, renamed in July 2025, targets. Edit every script and add a real point of view.

How often should a new faceless channel post?

Three Shorts a week and one longer video every two weeks is a pace one person can keep. Cut the best minute of each long video into a Short.
