AutoShorts.ai vs Faceless Reels

Two autopilot Shorts makers, and what each one tells you up front

Short answer: Both make and post short faceless videos to TikTok, YouTube and Instagram on autopilot. Pick AutoShorts.ai if you want public prices and a set posting rhythm from $19 a month; Faceless Reels doesn't publish its prices, so sign in and compare before you commit.

Pick AutoShorts.ai if you want to know the price and posting rhythm before you sign up.

Pick Faceless Reels if you have signed in, seen its plans, and the price fits better than AutoShorts.

Pick TallyReel if you want to approve each script before it renders and posts.

AutoShorts.ai and Faceless Reels sell the same idea: pick a niche, connect your accounts, and the tool writes, makes and posts short faceless videos for you every day. Both post to TikTok, YouTube and Instagram, both offer a range of art styles, and both are built for people who want a channel running without editing every video.

Where they differ is how much they tell you before you sign up. AutoShorts.ai lists its plans, posting frequency, languages and video length on its homepage. Faceless Reels asks you to sign in with Google before showing plans, and its public site lists no prices. We checked both on October 18, 2026 and wrote down only what each one states.

Prices: one is public, one is not

AutoShorts.ai prices by how often it posts. Starter is $19 a month and posts 3 times a week, Daily is $39 and posts once a day, and Hardcore is $69 and posts twice a day. Each plan runs one series, includes motion credits (27, 62 or 124 a month) to animate still images, and lists HD video, background music, voice cloning and no watermark. Yearly billing is advertised as two months free. Its free plan, which made one video, was marked temporarily paused on October 18, 2026, with a note that it was suspended because of bot abuse.

Faceless Reels doesn't show prices on its public site; the main call to action is signing in with Google. Third-party directories (creati.ai and similarlabs) list tiers around $19, $49 and $99 a month, but we couldn't confirm those on its own site, so treat them as unverified. If you are choosing between the two, sign in to Faceless Reels and compare the number of videos per week you would actually get for the price.

How the videos are made

AutoShorts.ai builds each video from AI-generated still images in a style you pick, from comic book to expressionist painting, then uses motion credits to animate some scenes. You can preview each video and edit the script, title, images and background music before it posts. Videos are 30 to 60 or 60 to 90 seconds, with scripts up to 1,600 characters. It states plainly that it doesn't make long-form videos yet.

Faceless Reels says its first video is ready in under five minutes, offers various art styles, supports unlimited niches and lets you upload custom music or paste a TikTok sound link. Its public site doesn't describe voices, languages, length or editing, so check those inside the app.

The common complaint about both kinds of tool is sameness: the same style and structure every day can start to look templated. Mixing styles and topics within a series helps.

Who each one suits

Where TallyReel fits, and where it doesn't

TallyReel is the option for people who like the autopilot idea but want more control. It plans a series of up to 30 videos from one theme, writes each script with a hook and planned shots, and nothing renders until you approve it. Videos use real stock footage or AI pictures, your own photos and clips, voiceover in 44 languages (native Hindi and Urdu included), captions and music. Every plan schedules to 15 networks, and Plus and Pro can run one series on autopilot. It also makes 16:9 YouTube videos up to 15 minutes on Pro.

It is not as hands-off by default: the approval step is the point, and if you want zero involvement, AutoShorts.ai or Faceless Reels ask less of you. Cloud videos use credits by length, so a twice-a-day schedule costs more than a fixed-rhythm plan. Studio, a one-time payment, removes credits if you have a capable Mac or Windows PC.
