A social media scheduler for 15 networks
Write once, fit it to each network, and let the queue post it.
Yes. TallyReel schedules posts, pictures and videos to 15 networks from one composer: pick the accounts, pick a time (or the next free slot in your queue), and the server posts it while your laptop is closed. A few networks have limits until they finish reviewing TallyReel, and X, Reddit and Google Business are scheduled by TallyReel but posted by you in one tap.
Plans: Every plan, including Free (1 channel, 10 scheduled posts a month). Starter has 5 channels and 150 posts a month, Plus 10 channels and unlimited posts, Pro 25 channels and unlimited posts.
Most schedulers start from a text box. TallyReel starts from the video: you can make a faceless video in the same app and post it straight from your Library, or upload your own pictures and clips and schedule them like any other tool. Either way the post goes into one composer, where you pick the accounts it goes to and when.
The networks are TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Pinterest, Reddit, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord, Tumblr and Google Business. Each one has its own character limit, media rules and extra fields (a Pinterest board, a YouTube title, a TikTok privacy choice), and the composer checks all of them before it lets a post through, so you find out about a problem when you write the post, not when it fails at 9 in the morning.

How it works
- Connect your accounts. Most networks connect with their own sign-in. Bluesky uses an app password, Mastodon asks for your server first, Telegram takes a bot token and Discord a webhook link.
- Write the post once. Add text and media, then pick the accounts. Ask Tally to fit the text to each network, or open any network and give it its own version.
- Pick when. Post now, pick a date and time, or add it to the queue so it takes the next free slot from your weekly posting times.
- Let the server post it. Posting runs on TallyReel's servers, so nothing has to stay open. If one network fails, the others still go out and you can retry the failed ones from the post.
What people use it for
What each network can do today
TallyReel posts directly to LinkedIn (including Company pages), Bluesky, Pinterest, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord and Tumblr. Facebook posts go to Pages, because Facebook does not let apps post to personal profiles, and on Plus and Pro one post can go to several Pages at once.
Some networks review apps before they allow full posting, and TallyReel says so where you connect them. The connect screen shows each network's current status, so you always know what posts automatically.
X, Reddit and Google Business have no free posting API, so TallyReel writes and schedules those posts, then reminds you when one is due. One tap opens the network with the text ready (for Reddit, the title and text filled in), and you press post. On the calendar these show as Post by hand.
Per-network scheduling pages
If you only care about one network, each has its own page with that network's limits, the fields it needs and how it connects:
- Schedule TikTok posts: tallyreel.com/schedule/tiktok (privacy choice, comments, Duet and Stitch switches, content disclosure)
- Schedule Instagram posts: tallyreel.com/schedule/instagram (up to 10 pictures or videos, Business or Creator account)
- Schedule YouTube videos: tallyreel.com/schedule/youtube (title up to 100 characters, visibility, one video per post)
- Schedule Facebook posts: tallyreel.com/schedule/facebook (Pages only, several Pages in one post on Plus and Pro)
- All 15 networks, with limits and how each connects: tallyreel.com/schedule (LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky and the rest each have their own page there too)
Honest limits
- TikTok and YouTube need a video; Instagram and Pinterest need at least one picture or video. A text-only post can't go to them.
- Google Business takes one picture and no video. TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest take one media file per post.
- Free is 1 channel and 10 scheduled posts a month. A post to three accounts counts as one post.
- Comment replies come in from Bluesky and Mastodon today; Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Threads comments are coming.
- There is no browser extension and no RSS-to-post feed.
Questions
Is there a free social media scheduler in TallyReel?
Yes. The Free plan schedules 10 posts a month to 1 connected account, with the same composer, calendar and queue as the paid plans. Starter raises that to 5 accounts and 150 posts a month.
Does my computer need to stay on?
No. Scheduled posts go out from TallyReel's servers. You can close the tab, or the laptop.
Can I write different text for each network?
Yes. Every post starts with one text for all accounts. Open a network in the composer to give it its own version, or ask Tally to fit the text to each network's limit and style.
Can I post to X automatically?
Not yet. X has no free posting API, so TallyReel schedules the post, reminds you when it is due, and opens X with the text ready so posting takes one tap.
Does a post to five accounts use five posts?
No. The monthly limit counts posts, not accounts, so one post sent to five networks counts once.
Pick one. Make it tonight.
