Latte, Flat White or Cortado
Latte, flat white and cortado all look like coffee with milk. Here is the real difference.
They all start with espresso. What changes is how much milk, and how it is steamed.
A latte is the biggest and softest, with lots of silky milk and a little foam on top.
A flat white is smaller, with thin, velvety milk, so the coffee tastes stronger.
A cortado is roughly half espresso, half warm milk, in a little glass.
Stronger or softer, you now know what to ask for. Save this for your next order.
