Pictory vs Fliki
Stock-footage repurposing against a voice-first video maker
Short answer: Pick Fliki if voices and languages matter most, or you want a free plan and YouTube publishing. Pick Pictory if you turn blogs, scripts and long recordings into stock-footage videos and want a big licensed library.
Pick Pictory if you start from blog posts, scripts or URLs and want stock-footage videos fast.
Pick Fliki if you need many voices and translation into 80+ languages.
Pick TallyReel if you want each video scheduled to up to 15 networks, not only YouTube.
Pictory and Fliki are often shortlisted together because both turn text into narrated video with stock footage. The difference is emphasis. Pictory is built around repurposing: paste a script or blog URL, or upload a recording and edit it by its transcript, and it matches scenes to Getty Images and Storyblocks footage. Fliki is built around the voice: it has one of the biggest voice catalogs in this category, translation into 80+ languages, and also makes audio, carousels and presentations from the same idea.
Both sell monthly plans with yearly discounts. Pictory meters in video minutes; Fliki meters in credits. Fliki's pricing page shows prices in the visitor's local currency, so we could not read its US dollar prices directly on October 18, 2026, and we say so where it matters below.

What a year costs
Pictory's prices are clear on its page. Starter is $29 a month, or $25 a month billed yearly ($300 a year) for 200 video minutes a month. Professional is $59 a month or $35 billed yearly ($420 a year) for 600 minutes and custom avatars. Team is $199 a month or $119 billed yearly.
Fliki's page sets prices by location. Viewed from Pakistan on October 18, 2026, it showed Basic, Standard and Premium in rupees, with 25% off on yearly billing. Third-party price trackers (costbench and toolradar, September 2026) list Standard at about $28 a month and Premium at about $88 a month on monthly billing in the US, and lower on yearly billing. Check fliki.ai/pricing from your own country before you buy.
The plans meter differently. Pictory counts finished video minutes. Fliki counts credits, and its calculator shows that a stock-footage video uses far fewer credits per minute than one with AI video clips or an avatar. Basic gives 60 credits a month, Standard 180 and Premium 600.
Voices, languages and the finished video
This is where the two differ most. Fliki lists 1,000 voices on Basic and Standard and 2,000+ on Premium, with ultra-realistic voices in each tier, and translates videos into 80+ languages. It also has voice cloning from Basic up. If your channel lives on narration in several languages, Fliki has the deeper catalog.
Pictory's voice offer is narrower: ElevenLabs voices in 29 languages, with a monthly minute allowance (60 minutes on Starter, 120 on Professional), plus unlimited standard voices in 7 languages on Professional. Its strength is the visuals and the editing: a large licensed stock library, a scene editor, and editing recordings by their transcript.
Both produce clean, explainer-style videos. Neither is aimed at fiction or story channels where stock footage can't show the scene, though Fliki's AI image and video clip options help there on Premium.
Who each one suits
- Marketer turning a blog into a weekly video: Pictory.
- Webinar or podcast host who wants clips and captions from recordings: Pictory.
- Creator publishing the same video in several languages: Fliki.
- Someone who wants to try before paying, with no trial clock: Fliki's free plan.
- YouTube creator who wants publishing from the same tool: Fliki, which lists YouTube publishing.
Where TallyReel fits, and where it doesn't
TallyReel is worth a look if the goal is a faceless channel that keeps posting. You type an idea, it writes a script with a hook and planned shots, you approve it, and it builds the video with stock footage or AI pictures, voiceover, captions and music. Every plan schedules to 15 networks, so a Short can go to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook at once. It can plan a series of up to 30, and Plus and Pro run one series on autopilot.
It doesn't match Fliki's voice catalog or language count beyond its 44 languages, and it has no blog-to-video import or transcript editing like Pictory. Where it is stronger is Hindi and Urdu, which are written and voiced natively, AI host videos with one or two lip-synced hosts, and Studio, a one-time payment that renders unlimited videos on your own computer.
