What switching looks like
If you have scripts from Pictory projects that did well, paste them into TallyReel as they are. For new videos, type the idea and let it write the hook and shot plan, then edit it. Nothing renders until you approve.
Install the app, add your free Pexels key, and put your own logo, photos and clips in the media folder, since there are no brand kits. A Short takes about 1.5 minutes on an M-series Mac. For YouTube, it makes 16:9 videos of 3 to 15 minutes with chapters.
Where TallyReel falls short
The stock footage is the big one: Pexels is free and good, but smaller than Getty Images and Storyblocks, so some topics need your own clips. There are no brand kits, no team workspace, no cloned voices and no avatars. It needs an M1 or newer Mac or 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 with 16 GB of memory recommended, and there's no browser version.
