Your own voice, in every video
Three lines, about a minute, then every script can sound like you.
TallyReel's voice cloning makes a voice from your own recordings: you read three short lines (or upload recordings), confirm it is your own voice, and in about a minute every video can be narrated by you, in English, Urdu or Hindi. It is for your own voice only, only you can use it, and deleting it removes your recordings and the voice for good.
Plans: Plus and Pro, one voice per account. Free and Starter see a preview with a link to the plans.
A faceless channel doesn't have to be a voiceless one. Plenty of creators want their own voice on their videos but don't want to record a new take every time they change a line. Voice cloning sits in the middle: you record once, and from then on the script is read in your voice, including lines you rewrite later.
It is built for one person and their own voice. The recorder asks you to confirm that the voice is yours and that you are the only one who will use it, and the voice never shows up for anyone else. TallyReel does not offer cloning other people's voices, celebrity voices or voices from clips you found online.

How it works
- Read three short lines. Open Voice cloning in your kit and read three lines out loud, about two minutes in all. A quiet room and your phone held close work well. You can upload a recording for each line instead.
- Confirm it is your voice. Tick This is my own voice, and I'm the only one who will use it, then press Make my voice. Building it takes about a minute.
- Hear it before you use it. Type any line and hear it read in your voice, or play the three sample lines in English, Urdu and Hindi.
- Pick My voice on Make. Your voice shows up first in the voice list, and is picked for you the first time it is ready. It also appears in the Voiceover tool and in the editor, for a single line.
What people use it for
Privacy and consent
Your recordings and your voice are private to you. Only you can use your voice; it isn't shared with teammates, other workspaces or anyone else, and TallyReel never shares or sells it. Delete it in the same place you made it, and the recordings and the voice are removed for good. You can record it again any time to replace it.
Voice cloning is for your own voice. Don't record someone else, and don't use it to make a video that pretends to be another person. Videos still follow TallyReel's content rules, and every script is checked before it is made.
Where you can use your voice
- Stories, stock footage videos and series on Create: pick My voice at the top of the voice list.
- Your own photos videos, read in your voice over your own pictures.
- The editor: give any single line your cloned voice, the AI voice, or a take you record in the browser.
- The Voiceover tool: a script read in your voice, downloaded as audio.
- Voice settings: type a line and hear it read before you use it in a video.
Honest limits
- Your cloned voice speaks English, Urdu and Hindi. For TallyReel's other languages, use one of its own voices.
- One voice per account. Recording again replaces the old one.
- It sounds like you, not like a studio session. Quiet, close recordings give the best result; a noisy room makes a noisier voice.
- The first line after a while can take up to a minute while the voice warms up. Lines you have heard before play at once.
- Voice cloning runs online on Plus and Pro. TallyReel Studio's own-computer renders don't include it yet.
Questions
Can I clone my own voice for YouTube videos?
Yes. On Plus or Pro, read three short lines once and every TallyReel video can be narrated in your voice, Shorts and long YouTube videos alike.
How long does voice cloning take?
About two minutes to read the three lines and about a minute to build the voice. After that it is ready for every video.
Is my cloned voice private?
Yes. Only you can use it. TallyReel never shares or sells it, and deleting it removes your recordings and the voice for good.
Can I clone someone else's voice?
No. Voice cloning is for your own voice only. You confirm that before the voice is made, and using it to sound like another person breaks TallyReel's rules.
What languages does my cloned voice speak?
English, Urdu and Hindi. You can hear a sample line in each language right after the voice is made.
Which plan includes voice cloning?
Plus at $39 a month and Pro at $79 a month. Each account can have one cloned voice.
