An AI social media post generator that plans the week

One idea in, seven days of posts out, each checked before it goes.

TallyReel writes social posts for you in two ways. In the composer, Write it with Tally drafts a post from a few words (or from a video it made, using what the video actually says), then offers a stronger opening line and a version for each network. Fill my week plans the next seven empty days at once: you pick text, picture or video for each day, and Tally writes every post, picks a good time and leaves them for you to check and schedule.

Plans: Every plan, including Free. Writing uses Tally's daily help: 10 a day on Free, 50 on Starter, 150 on Plus and 300 on Pro. Pictures and videos for the posts use your plan's AI pictures and video credits.

Most AI caption generators give you a paragraph and leave you to copy it into each app. TallyReel's writer lives inside the scheduler, so what it writes is already a post: attached to your accounts, fitted to each network's character limit, and sitting on a day in your calendar as a draft.

It writes in your brand voice. In Settings, Tally can suggest three brand voices from what it knows about you and your website, and what it learns about your channel goes into every post it writes. Nothing is posted until you schedule it, so every post gets a human look first.

How it works

  1. Open Fill my week. Tally looks at the next seven days and skips the ones that already have a post. Connect at least one account first, because each day is planned for the accounts you post to.
  2. Pick what each day gets. Tap a day to switch it between text, picture and video, or use a quick pick: Let Tally pick, My usual mix, All pictures, All videos, or Pictures first, then videos.
  3. Choose separate posts or one story. Separate posts are standalone. One story turns one idea into a week that builds: a hook, a moment, a question for your audience, one tip, something worth saving, a look behind the scenes and a wrap-up.
  4. Let Tally write. Tally writes each day's post and picks a good time for it. It takes about a minute.
  5. Check, then schedule. Read each draft, swap in your own photo or video if you like, remove any day, then schedule them all. Autopilot can make every picture and video and put each on its day.

What people use it for

A bakery's weekMonday a picture of the new loaf, Wednesday a short video of the morning bake, Friday a text post about the weekend offer.
A faceless channel's captionsTally writes the caption and the YouTube title from what the finished video says, not from a guess.
One launch, told over seven daysOne story mode builds anticipation from a hook on day one to a wrap-up on day seven.
The same news on five networksWrite it once, then A version per network fits it to X's 280 characters and LinkedIn's longer format.
A better first lineStronger opening line gives you new hooks for a post you already wrote.
A picture for a text postPaint an AI picture for a post right in the composer, so a text idea can go to Instagram too.

How Fill my week decides

Each day's type has to fit where it is going. Instagram and TikTok can't take text-only posts, so text days only go to networks that can, such as X, Threads or Facebook, and Tally checks this for every day. A day that already has a post is left alone, and after 8 in the evening today is skipped.

Tally's drafts hold their days until you decide. Change the types and the unscheduled drafts are removed so the days can be planned again; posts you already scheduled stay. Save your picks as My usual mix and next week starts from it.

Questions

Is there a free AI social media post generator?

Yes. TallyReel's Free plan includes Write it with Tally and Fill my week, with up to 10 AI actions a day, 1 connected account and 10 scheduled posts a month.

Can AI write a week of social media posts for me?

Yes. Fill my week writes a post for each empty day in the next seven, picks a time for each and saves them as drafts for you to check and schedule. It takes about a minute.

Can it write captions for my videos?

Yes. For a video made in TallyReel, Tally writes the post and a YouTube title from what the video actually says. For your own uploads, describe the video in a few words.

Will the posts sound like me?

Tally writes in the brand voice saved in Settings, and can suggest three from your website to start from. What it learns about your channel is used in every post.

Does it post automatically?

Only when you schedule. Tally's posts are drafts until you press schedule; then the server posts them at their times, with your laptop closed.

Can it make the pictures and videos too?

Yes. Picture days get an AI picture, and Autopilot can make each day's video and put it on its post. You can also swap in your own photo or clip.

Pick one. Make it tonight.

Type the idea into TallyReel, read the script, and it makes the video for you: in the browser, on your phone, or in Studio on your own computer. Start on the free plan.
