Social media analytics on one page
What went out, who saw it, and what to make next.
Yes. Results puts every connected account on one page: views against the period before, likes and comments, shares and saves, new followers, a card per account and your top posts, with numbers collected 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week and 1 month after each post. Plus and Pro add the best time to post, results per Facebook Page and Channel Brain, which finds what works on each channel.
Plans: Free keeps 7 days of results, Starter 30 days, Plus and Pro the full history. Best time to post, per-Page Facebook results and Channel Brain come with Plus and Pro.
Each network has its own analytics screen, and each one counts differently. Results reads the numbers each network shares for the posts TallyReel sent, adds them up in plain words, and shows only what a network actually counts, so you never see a zero that really means the network doesn't report it.
The page opens on the last 7 days, with 30 and 90 a tap away. A row of network buttons narrows the whole page to one network, and a Facebook login that holds several Pages adds a row of Page buttons under it, each with the Page's own picture. Below that is the comparison that matters most: views each day this period, with the period before drawn as a dashed line on the same days.

How it works
- Post through TallyReel. Results counts the posts TallyReel published. Numbers arrive about an hour after a post goes out, then again after a day, a week and a month.
- Read the headline. How many posts went out, the total views (or likes and comments where views aren't reported) and how that compares with the period before.
- Check the four numbers. Likes and comments, how many views turned into a like, comment, share or save, new followers, and shares and saves, each with a line on what it means.
- Compare accounts. One card per account with only the figures its network counts, Most views and Most loved badges, and new followers each day per account.
- Find what to repeat. Your top posts show how each grew over its first month. On Plus and Pro, best times and Channel Brain say when to post and what to make next.
What people use it for
What each network reports
- YouTube: views, likes, comments, plus channel views and video count.
- TikTok: views, likes, comments and shares, for public videos.
- Instagram: views, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves, watch time, profile visits and follows, plus follower breakdowns.
- Facebook Pages: views, reach, reactions, comments, shares, clicks and watch time.
- Threads: views, likes, replies, reposts and quotes, plus follower breakdowns.
- Pinterest: impressions, saves, clicks, reactions and comments. Bluesky and Mastodon: likes, reposts, replies and quotes (neither reports views). Tumblr: notes.
- No post numbers: LinkedIn (only approved partners get them), Google Business (Google retired post insights), Telegram, Discord, and the networks you post to by hand (X and Reddit).
Channel Brain and best times
Channel Brain looks at the videos you made in TallyReel and posted, and compares them on each channel: the kind of video, niche, length, language, voice, music, pictures, art style and the time of day it went out. It uses medians, not averages, so one video that took off can't decide anything, and a post only counts once its numbers are a day old. It shows early signs from 4 videos on a channel and firm findings from 8, and only suggests a choice when at least 4 videos agree. Anything you choose yourself stays as you chose it.
Best times folds your history into a grid of 7 days by 4 parts of the day, shaded from quiet to busy, with one sentence naming the best slot. Before you have history it uses typical peak hours across networks, then learns from when your own posts get engagement.
Honest limits
- Results only counts posts that TallyReel published. Older posts made outside TallyReel aren't imported.
- Each post is measured four times (1 hour, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month) and then left alone, so a post that takes off months later won't show it.
- Some networks need you to reconnect once to share numbers; the account card says so when that is the case.
- There is no PDF report or client-facing dashboard.
Questions
Does TallyReel have free social media analytics?
Yes. Every plan has Results. Free keeps the last 7 days and Starter the last 30; Plus and Pro keep everything and add best times, per-Page Facebook results and Channel Brain.
Why does LinkedIn show no numbers?
LinkedIn only shares post analytics with approved partners of its Community Management API. TallyReel posts to LinkedIn but can't read the numbers yet, so it says so instead of showing zeros.
Why are my TikTok numbers empty?
TikTok only reports numbers for public videos, so a video you keep private shows none.
How soon do numbers show up?
About an hour after a post goes out, then again after a day, a week and a month.
What does Channel Brain need to work?
Videos made in TallyReel and posted to a channel with numbers. It shows early signs after 4 posted videos and firm findings after 8.
