  1. In Discord, open the channel’s settings → Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook, and copy its URL.
  2. In TallyReel, open Settings → Channels → Discord and paste the webhook URL.
  3. Schedule, messages appear under the webhook’s name and avatar.

Discord communities tend to be most active in the evening and at weekends. For a global server, pick a time that lands in the afternoon for Europe and the morning for the Americas, around 16:00–17:00 UTC.

Discord posts that land

  • Announcement style. Mentions like @everyone are disabled for safety.
  • Mentions such as @everyone and @here are disabled for safety, so a typo can’t ping your whole server.
  • Discord supports Markdown: **bold**, lists and links render in the message.
  • Deleting the webhook in Discord immediately stops TallyReel from posting.

No. A webhook is enough and has far fewer permissions than a bot: it can only post to the one channel it belongs to.
