Schedule Reddit posts without breaking the subreddit’s rules
Reddit is the one place where a scheduler can hurt you if you use it like a megaphone. TallyReel is for people who already take part in their communities and want a well-written post to go up when the subreddit is awake.

When to post
Best time to post on Reddit
Reddit’s biggest communities are US-heavy, so weekday mornings Eastern time give posts the full day to collect votes. For smaller or regional subreddits, check when the top posts of the week went up and aim for that.
TallyReel starts every account from the same baseline, weekday peaks at 8 AM, 12 PM, 5 PM, 6 PM, weekend peaks at 10 AM, 11 AM, 7 PM, 8 PM, in your audience’s local time, and after about 20 published posts shifts it toward the hours that actually work for you.

Reddit posts that land
- Write for the community, not an audience. Follow the subreddit's rules; overt promotion gets removed.
- Read the subreddit’s rules first, many ban self-promotion or require flair.
- The title is the post. Make it specific and skip clickbait.
- Reply to comments in the first hour; schedule for a time you’re around.
Reddit scheduling FAQ
Will scheduled posts be treated as spam?
Reddit judges the post and your history, not the tool. You publish each post yourself from Reddit’s own page, so it’s an ordinary post. Promotional posts in the wrong subreddit will still be removed.
What’s the character limit on Reddit?
40,000 characters, plus a separate title. TallyReel counts the way Reddit does, so the number you see is the number Reddit will check.
Is Reddit scheduling free?
Yes, every feature and every network is free while TallyReel is in beta, with no card required. Beta users will get plenty of notice before paid plans start.
