Short answer: For faceless Urdu videos, TallyReel (ours) is the strongest pick: the script is written in Urdu, read by Urdu voices including a Pakistani one, captioned in Urdu script, and it has a free plan. For a realistic presenter speaking Urdu, HeyGen is better. Fliki has the widest choice of Urdu voices for narration, including Pakistani ones.
TallyReel: faceless Urdu stories, facts, cartoons and ads, written in Urdu
HeyGen: a realistic presenter speaking Urdu, and dubbing into Urdu
Fliki: Urdu narration with a choice of Pakistani voices
Revid: Urdu shorts posted to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
Vidnoz: free Urdu avatar videos with daily credits
InVideo AI: translating a finished video into Urdu
Pictory: turning an Urdu article or script into a stock-footage video
Plenty of tools list Urdu among 70, 140 or 175 languages. Far fewer make a good Urdu video. The difference is in three places: who writes the Urdu (a writer working in Urdu, or a translation of an English script), whether the voice sounds Pakistani or reads Urdu with a Hindi or English accent, and whether captions come out in Urdu script, right to left, rather than in Roman letters or empty boxes.
We make TallyReel, which is on this list, and ranked it first because Urdu is one of its three main languages, not an entry in a list. Each tool's Urdu support below is what its own pages claim; prices were read from each pricing page on October 18, 2026. We tested TallyReel's Urdu ourselves; for the other tools we report what they say, not a test.

1. TallyReel
Best for: faceless Urdu stories, facts, cartoons and ads, written in Urdu
Pick Urdu and the script is written in Urdu script from the start, with Pakistani settings and names, not translated from English. Four Urdu voices (Ahmed, Bilal, Ayesha and Hira) read it, with a Pakistani voice among them, and lines that come out clearly wrong are read again. Captions are in Urdu script, right to left, and thumbnails can carry Urdu in a Nastaliq font. It also makes Urdu cartoons where every character has their own Urdu voice, and schedules to 15 networks.
Price: Free plan (300 free credits once, about 3 videos with a small mark); Starter $19 a month; a $12 top-up removes the mark without a subscription. (all plans)
Good
Urdu written natively, including from Roman Urdu you type or paste.
Urdu script captions and Nastaliq thumbnails.
Urdu cartoons and AI hosts, paid in credits; voice cloning in Urdu (Plus and Pro).
Watch out for
4 Urdu voices, fewer than the biggest voice catalogs.
No realistic avatar presenter like HeyGen's.
New: it started in 2026, so it has a shorter track record than the others.
2. HeyGen
Best for: a realistic presenter speaking Urdu, and dubbing into Urdu
HeyGen's avatars are the most realistic here, and its Urdu page offers natural Urdu voices in both genders plus dubbing a Hindi video into Urdu. If your Urdu video needs a person on screen, it is the best choice. It is built around presenters rather than faceless story videos, and it doesn't post for you.
Price: Free plan: 3 videos a month up to 1 minute. Creator $29 a month ($24 yearly), Pro $49. (checked 18 October 2026)
Good
The most realistic talking avatars on this list.
Urdu voices in both genders and Hindi-to-Urdu dubbing.
Watch out for
Free videos are capped at 1 minute, and watermark removal starts at Creator.
Best for: Urdu narration with a choice of Pakistani voices
Fliki's Urdu voice page lists four Urdu voices, two from India and two from Pakistan, and its free plan doesn't expire. For narrated Urdu explainers and lists it is a solid, cheap start. Its pricing page lists translation into 80+ languages, so read any translated Urdu closely before you publish.
Price: Free forever plan (watermark, 720p); Standard about $28 a month (Fliki showed local currency; US figure from Fliki's own pages). (checked 18 October 2026)
Best for: Urdu shorts posted to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
Revid's Urdu page offers AI voices that speak Urdu and captions in Urdu script, and every plan publishes to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. It is one of the few tools besides TallyReel that both captions in Urdu script and posts for you, at a higher starting price.
Price: No free plan, trial credits for new accounts. From $39 a month ($32 billed yearly). (checked 18 October 2026)
Good
Urdu voices and Urdu script captions.
Auto-posts to three networks on every plan.
Watch out for
No free plan; from $39 a month.
Built around trends and remakes more than original Urdu stories.
Best for: free Urdu avatar videos with daily credits
Vidnoz offers male and female Urdu voices and avatars, and its free plan refills credits every day, with videos up to 3 minutes at 720p. It is a generous way to try Urdu avatar videos, though "No watermark" is listed only from Starter up.
Price: Free plan with daily credits; paid credits from about $2 each (plan totals didn't load for us). (checked 18 October 2026)
Good
Daily free credits and videos up to 3 minutes.
Urdu voices with avatars.
Watch out for
Expect a watermark on free videos.
Free exports are 720p.
6. InVideo AI
Best for: translating a finished video into Urdu
InVideo's video translator says it translates a video's audio and captions into 50+ languages, Urdu among them. That suits a creator who already makes videos in English or Hindi and wants an Urdu version. Its pages don't claim Urdu voiceover for videos generated from scratch.
Best for: turning an Urdu article or script into a stock-footage video
Pictory's help site lists an Urdu (Pakistan) voice among its premium voices. It is best at turning existing text, such as a blog post or script, into a video with stock footage. A Pictory help article, summarised by a third party and possibly out of date, says premium-voice captions are in Latin script only, so check the captions before you rely on it.
Price: 14-day free trial. Starter $29 a month ($25 yearly), Professional $59. (checked 18 October 2026)
Written, not translated. A script translated from English keeps English sentence order and English jokes, and Urdu speakers hear it immediately. A script written in Urdu uses the words people actually say, the right level of respect (aap, not tum, for elders), and settings that feel local: a dhaba, a mohalla, Lahore in the monsoon.
A voice that sounds Pakistani. Many tools read Urdu with a voice trained mostly on Hindi, which gets the words right and the accent wrong for a Pakistani audience. Listen to a sample line with names and Persian or Arabic words in it before you commit.
Urdu script on screen. Captions in Roman letters lose half the audience, and some caption tools draw Urdu as empty boxes or join the letters wrongly. Check that captions come out in Urdu script, right to left, with the letters joined.
How we ranked them
We ranked the tools for faceless Urdu videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook: stories, facts, motivation, cartoons and small-business ads. That rewards native Urdu writing, Urdu script captions and posting. A tool that is excellent at something else, like HeyGen's presenters, ranks lower here and higher on a list about avatars. Where a vendor's page didn't say whether it captions in Urdu script, the table says "not confirmed" rather than guessing.
